The June Fire Safe Council for Los Angeles meeting focuses on wildfire related insurance issues, and has as our special guest the Deputy State Insurance Commissioner, and leader in community relations, Julia Juarez. Ms. Juarez will not only explain the current insurance status within the State of California, but will detail what actions are being taken to improve the rate structure, the process to seek reasonable insurance, including the California Fair Plan as well as secondary insurance options.
